Shipping policy

LOVINLIFECO can ship to addresses worldwide, restricted only by Australia Post's delivery network.

If you need your order to be delivered sooner, we are happy to Express Post it to you for an additional fee (minimum order values apply). This can be added at the checkout.

Minimum order values apply for orders with shipping addresses outside Australia.

 

DELIVERY TIME 

We normally dispatch all orders within two working days.

During really busy periods like sales, we may take up to 8 days for some orders due to the high volumes. 

Orders are dispatched from Byron Bay (postcode 2481) NSW, Australia.

In some cases orders may come directly from our suppliers in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne.

Delivery speeds depend on the destination and shipping method chosen. Please note that the information provided below is an estimate only and delivery times could be longer especially for deliveries to rural, remote and international addresses:

TAXES AND OTHER DUTIES

There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. LOVINLIFECO is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to customer.

Please note that each country has different laws and regulations regarding buying products from other countries. It is your responsibility to know what is legal in your country in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to you before you place an order with LOVINLIFECO. All ingredients (where required) in LOVINLIFECO products are listed on the product pages, on this website, in accordance with Australian labelling requirements.

No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. 

 

REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING

Once posted, no refunds for shipping costs can be provided unless Australia Post agrees to grant a refund.
